Please Note: These are personal recommendations. We have not been endorsed or are affiliated with any of the books, sellers or authors below.

Ray Dalio - 'Principles'.

Ray Dalios’, ‘Principles’ is incredible. An utter game changing book and a truly extraordinary insight into creating principles, perspective and creating distinction (both in business and in life).

The book has been written by Ray Dalio himself. For those unaware, he is the founder and CCI (Co-Chief Investment Officer) of Bridgewater Associates – which is now, the worlds largest hedge fund.

The book brings together a clear & straightforward approach to decision making, that also covers Dalio’s innovative process of ‘believability weighting’. His tips are incredibly insightful and can be used by anyone. This book is a MUST read.

Richard Branson - 'Losing My Virginity'.

You would have to go to some rather far places for someone to have not heard of Richard Branson, the founder of Virgin.

We have read his book a few times and it never fails to impress. It’s easy to see why it’s a no.1 international best seller. The book is much more than a memoir, it’s a great insight into Branson’s own take on his life so far. But, also a fantastic guide on business and his unique philosophy.

The book covers everything from start-up to multi-billion pound business empire, including his rather ambitious adventures, such as hot air ballooning across the atlantic. However, it also dives into some of his failures such as Virgin Cola, Vodka and the collapse of the much loved Mega-Stores.

Rob Iger - 'The Ride of a Lifetime'.

‘The Ride of a Lifetime’ is an incredibly well written book from the Executive Chairman of Disney and former CEO, Rob Iger.

It follows his career from performing menial labor on television sets to transforming Disney into a mega media and tech company. In the process, broadening the Disney roster with acquisitions such as Pixar, Marvel, 21st Century Fox and Lucasfilms. Iger has been the main driving force behind Disney’s reinvigoration into the digital age. The book has a key focus on leadership and negotiation with great further insights into his meetings and discussions with Steve Jobs.

Walter Isaacsoon - 'Steve Jobs'.

This book isn’t for the faint hearted. But, for those wanting to gain just a glimpse into what it takes to change the world and gain some form of understanding into Steve Jobs. Then read away. We thoroughly enjoyed it…all 627 pages…
